At CASTILLO TRANS, we aim to provide a specific communication channel with the Company's Management and Governing Bodies, serving as a tool to report any potential irregularities, non-compliance, or behavior that goes against ethics, legality, and the rules governing our Organization. For this reason, we have created a communication channel called the "Ethical Channel," a tool that allows the confidential reporting of activities and behaviors that are allegedly irregular and/or the possible commission of a crime through a simple form. The communications can be anonymous and may include any questions or concerns regarding ethics and compliance. All communications will be received and analyzed diligently, rigorously, and confidentially by the Compliance Officer of CASTILLO TRANS, and will be handled according to the established protocol, based on best practices, with the aim of providing responses and organized treatment.
